Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates Acquires J6 Insurance Services, Inc. of Rocklin, California in Asset Purchase Arrangement

Mountain View, CA, December 4, 2009 — Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates, Inc., a regional independent insurance broker based in Mountain View, California, today announced the acquisition of J6 Insurance Services, Inc. of Rocklin, California in an asset purchase arrangement. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
